Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect, original condition — unworn, unused, untried, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will result in the return being refused without exception.
For fur pieces, the product must be absolutely pristine, as received — no scent, marks, or traces of use.
You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to our warehouse in the Czech Republic.
The precise return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Once your request is validated, you will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we also cannot accept returns for personal care items or hazardous materials.

Exchanges
To receive a different item, please return the original one first.
Once your return is approved and refunded, you can place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 daysfor any reason, without justification.
As stated above, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of its approval or refusal.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
