By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms in full.

We make every effort to display product details, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on screen settings or production batches.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

Qarame reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or product unavailability.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the secure payment methods offered on the website.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from our central distribution center.

Estimated delivery time: 2–3 weeks, depending on destination and local conditions.

Delays caused by customs or carriers are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

8. Liability

Qarame is not responsible for any indirect damages, losses, or delays resulting from the use of our products or shipping services.

In any case, our liability shall not exceed the total value of the order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Czech Republic

Any dispute arising from a purchase or interpretation of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Czech Republic.
